Richie and Danielle were able to go through the temple this October. I was able to fly out and be there for their special day. They were married and sealed in the Oakland Temple. It was neat to be in the Temple with my parents and sisters. My Grandpa Vandertoolen was able to drive out and perform the sealing. I was really glad I could make it! Because it was a quick trip and on short notice, Jared stayed home with the kids. Richie was deployed to Kuwait 2 weeks later with the Air Force. We hope and pray he will return home safe and quickly! We are so happy for Danielle and Richie!
