2010 in Review

January- We recovered from last Christmas and got back into the usual routine. Jared still was working at Mesa Bank as an OREO Group Officer and finishing his last semester at ASU for his MBA. He continues to teach Elder's Quorum in our ward. Heidi was still working a couple days at Dr. Sandstrom's doing Hygiene. Heidi also got her first Body Attack class at the Chandler gym teaching Wednesday nights. She continues serving as 1st Counselor in the Primary Presidency. Cassidy started out the new year as a Sunbeam and also started her first preschool class at Mrs. Bridgee's (Bridget Huso) one day a week! McKenzie finally got to go to Nursery and absolutely loves it!
February- We enjoyed an overnight stay at the Old Town Suites Marriott from Grandma Cooley, while Papa and Abu watched the girls for Valentine's Day. Heidi started organizing and working on her food storage again. Heidi also got talked into running the Ragnar Relay the day before with her sister-in-law Marci from Prescott to Tempe. She ran 3 legs/12 miles and did great for not even training for the event!
March- We found out we were pregnant with BABY #3. We went camping to Pinto Creek with Jared's family over Spring Break. Heidi turned 28 years old!
April- We drove to St. George for Easter Weekend and General Conference to visit Heidi's family. Nate and Bobbi had their second baby boy (Braden) which makes #6 granchild for the Prince side.
May- For Mother's Day we enjoyed a fun staycation at the Arizona Grand Resort. The kids loved swimming at the waterpark for two days. Jared graduated with his Masters in Business Administration from ASU!!!!!! We had a fun graduation party to celebrate his great accomplishment!
June- Our family flew up to Salt Lake for Heidi's nephew Braden baby blessing. We enjoyed visiting Heidi's family and spent an entire day at Lagoon! Over Father's Day weekend we headed out to the condo in San Diego for a relaxing weekend on the beach and spending time with some of Jared's family.
July- Celebrated the 4th of July and another week in Williams at the cabin. McKenzie turned 2 years old and had a fun birthday party at our house. Heidi finally got her attack class at the Gilbert gym at 5:15 am. Jared and Heidi celebrated their 5th year Anniversary!
August- We found out Baby #3 is a BOY! Cassidy started preschool at Miss Cheri's (Cheri Speth) two days a week. Heidi skipped out on her 10 year High School Reunion.
September- We spent Labor Day camping with Heidi's family at Jacob's Lake and then the rest of the weekend in St. George. Jared turned the big 30 this month! Jared also got a promotion with pay to be a Loan Officer with Sunrise Bank (formerly Mesa Bank) but now commutes to Phoenix for work. He also recieved another ward calling as the 11 year old scout leader.
October- We spent General Conference weekend up in Williams with just our little family. Nelson and Marci had their first girl (Annika) which makes #10 granchildren for the Phelps side. Cassidy was Ariel, McKenzie was a purple fairy and Jared was Hercules for Halloween. Cassidy turned 4 years old and had her first friend "Hello Kitty" Birthday Party. Lance had a Goodbye Party before he is depolyed with the Marine's to Iraq.
November- Jared got to go on his first scout camp with the 11 year old boys at Bulldog Canyon. Merrick Campbell Phelps was born on Veteran's Day 11-11-2010 7 lbs 19.5 ounces. He makes #7 grandchild for the Prince side and #11 grandchild for the Phelps side. We spent Thanksgiving Day with some of Jared's Family.
December- We enjoyed being home for the holidays with baby Merrick. We got spoiled for Christmas! Heidi's whole family came down the last week in December to celebrate Christmas/New Years weekend and attend Merrick's Baby Blessing.
